About

Most people pick a lane.

I walk through the world with a blend of calculation and feelings, always seeking to understand the systems that shape our lives.

I sit behind a desk, measured in corporate performance, calculating the numbers that keep the machine running.

In paradox, I write poems and dance to feelings. The nerd used to hide the artist and the artist is supposed to hide the spreadsheet. That was the lanes. I stopped taking it.

I walk in reconciliation with both worlds, finding harmony in the tension between logic and emotion.

The work

Precision, feeling and deen, same hands.

One person, three tracks. They stay distinct on purpose. What ties them together is the same discipline of observing my own heart.

The nerd

Fifteen years · Corporate life

Running payroll across twelve APAC countries, getting people paid in places I have never seen. Configuring the systems end to end, not just running the reports. Turning policy into rules a system can run.

The writer

366 poems · Speaking my mind

Written the whole time, while the lanes said to pick one. Essays and travel notes come from the same hand, no persona switch.

The hamba (the servant)

Deen (faith) · learning and practicing

Two things in one room: what I am learning, and the practices that define a life and the end of it.
